Our Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch 1-4 days . If we are awaiting a stock delivery on the item you will be informed by email or an advice note will be attached with your invoice as to the best delivery time available.

Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.

Once an order has been placed and up to it being despatched it can be cancelled. Once it has been despatched we will then allow 14 working days for it to be returned in its original packaging for a full refund to be given.

Christmas Delivery 2007:

Please can you order before Thursday 20th Dec for guaranteed delivery. 

 

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods:

1) MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta
2) Cheque / Postal Order

Please make payable to Premier Cookware, ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.

We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as Premier Cookware will not be held responsible for any losses.

PRICES AND VAT
All our prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. In case of an error or a price change after an order has been placed, we will contact you and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish.

NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE
For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred).

If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to Premier Cookware accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund for your total peace of mind.

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.

DAMAGED GOODS
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition. However, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt.

This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order.

The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service and prices, please feel free to contact us if you wish to pass on any comments, suggestions or complaints.

If you receive faulty or incorrect goods please, notify us as soon as possible and we will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement, whichever the customer prefers.

DISCLAIMER
It is illegal to sell knives to anyone under the age of 18 therefore if you purchase this type of product from Premier Cookware you agree that you are over 18 years of age.

SPECIFICATION
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications in this website are correct, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only.

Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible.

No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.

Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or not fit for their purpose. A member of our customer services department will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier. All other goods must be returned at the sender's expense.

If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95.

PRIVACY
We do not pass on any of your details to any other company and only require information that is relevant to your order.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
